At ART-PV India Pvt. Ltd., we are an early-stage R&D startup developing perovskite–silicon tandem solar technology for high-efficiency and durable renewable energy solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle recruitment processes including job postings, sourcing, candidate screening, and interview scheduling/coordination and offer rollouts.
  • Maintain employee records and HR files (attendance, documents and leave management systems)
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Handle payroll inputs and coordinate with accounts for salary processing.
  • Help implement HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Address employee queries regarding HR and admin policies.
  • Promote a culture of openness, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Help in setting up Goals and coordinating performance review cycles (PMS/PIM) and supporting feedback discussions. Track KRIs and KPIs as part of the review process, ensuring timely performance-based incentives and salary revisions.
  • Support training and development initiatives to encourage continuous learning

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree in human resource with 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and knowledge of HR software.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking

Extra Duties

Since we are a startup, some administrative duties may have to be executed as part of the Operations Team.
